CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(HES) "An Act relating to the                                                                          
prescription and use of pharmaceutical agents, including controlled                                                             
substances, by optometrists" was read the second time.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute                                                                  
offered on page 1187. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 113(L&C) "An Act relating to the prescription and                                                                
use of pharmaceutical agents, including controlled substances, by                                                               
optometrists; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
